Our Civic Club Building is open for rental. Application and approval process takes about two days.
$150 for Residents (Members of the Civic Club)
$175 for Residents (Non-Members of the Civic Club)
$200 for Non-Residents
with an additional $75 cleaning fee
General Rules for building usage
- No Smoking in the building.
- No alcohol unless proper event insurance is provided, see rental agreement.
- The renter is required to clean up and leave building as found.
- Tables and chairs may be used in building; but must be put back in the same way they found it.
- All supplies, such as paper plates, cups, drinks, etc will be furnished by the renter.
- The renter of the facility is responsible for any breakage and or damage that might occur during rental. Any damage must be reported to Jeffrey Pitts.
- Music must be kept at a level that does not offend neighbors around the Civic Club.
