FUNDRAISING:   Plan, organize and coordinate two or three fundraisers per year.  Fundraising events must be approved by the board per our bylaws. 

EVENTS:  Plan, organize and coordinate all traditional holiday events (Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas), and at least one free event per month at the clubhouse; ex: game night. Events are to promote fun and not compete with fundraising efforts.  This committee will be given funds, per our club budget, to execute events. 

SERVICE:   Serve as the welcoming committee to new residents, informing them of our club and inviting them to attend events.  Designate the “yard of the month”.  Identify persons or properties in need of assistance and suggest how the club may assist – example: meals to sick person, assist injured person with temporary yard maintenance, park clean ups, etc.
